Air Travel Even though Winair is the only authorized airline to fly to Saba, getting to Saba is no hassle, a short 12 minute ride from St. Maarten, is all it takes. All major airlines fly into St. Maarten. From the European Continent St. Maarten is served by KLM., Air France, Arkefly, and Corseair From the North American Continent St. Maarten is served by American Airlines, US Airways, Spirit Airlines, Jet Blue, Delta Airlines, Continental, United Airlines and Air Canada. Ferry Travel Saba is also served by “The Edge”, a high speed ferry, which leaves St. Maarten from Pelican Marina in Simpsonbay for Fort Bay on Saba every Wednesday through Sunday.
